1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "e2bdt", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the e2bdt platform and all associated services accessible at e2bdt.bio.
• "Platform" — refers to the e2bdt website, mobile interface, and all related tools, features, games, and services provided through e2bdt.bio.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the e2bdt platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the individual player account created upon completion of the e2bdt registration process.
• "BDT" — refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh, in which all e2bdt account balances are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or matched deposit bonus credited to an account by e2bdt.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal requests are processed.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the e2bdt account registration process, by clicking any acceptance checkbox, or by placing any wager or making any deposit on the platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with e2bdt and confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the e2bdt Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and e2bdt. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other document published by e2bdt, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

e2bdt reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players are encouraged to review this document regularly.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the e2bdt platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. e2bdt does not permit access by any individual under 21, without exception.
• You are accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of an employee or contractor of e2bdt or any of its affiliated game studios or payment partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the e2bdt platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

e2bdt reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during a player's relationship with the platform, including but not limited to at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any time a transaction or pattern of play raises a verification concern. Acceptable identity documents include a national identity card, valid passport, or driving licence. Acceptable proof of age documents must clearly show the player's full name and date of birth.

4. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the e2bdt platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an account, players must provide accurate, current, and complete information in all required fields, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Players are obligated to update their account information promptly if any details change after registration.

e2bdt reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for such a decision. Accounts opened using false, misleading, or unverifiable information will be suspended and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your e2bdt account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to access your account.

e2bdt will not be held liable for any loss, financial or otherwise, resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact e2bdt support at [email protected] immediately.

e2bdt employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, e2bdt cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and shall not be liable for any interception of data outside of our direct control.

6. Deposits & Payment Methods

e2bdt accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit amount may vary depending on the payment method used and the player's account verification status.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the player's account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to appear in the account balance, depending on the issuing bank.

All deposit transactions are processed in BDT. e2bdt does not charge any fee for deposits, though your mobile banking provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside e2bdt's control. Players are solely responsible for any such third-party charges.

• Only payment accounts or cards registered in the player's own name may be used for deposits.
• e2bdt reserves the right to request evidence that a payment method belongs to the registered account holder before processing any deposit or withdrawal.
• Chargebacks, reversals, or disputed transactions initiated by a player will result in the immediate suspension of the associated e2bdt account pending investigation.

7. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of funds at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. All withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of e2bdt's KYC identity verification process. Players who have not yet completed KYC verification will be required to do so before their first withdrawal request is processed.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Typically processed within 30 minutes of approval, subject to the payment provider's availability.
• Visa, Mastercard: Typically processed within 1–3 banking days, subject to the issuing bank's processing schedule.

e2bdt reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks prior to approving any withdrawal request. During such checks, the relevant funds will be temporarily withheld. e2bdt will communicate the reason for any delay to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

Bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw unsatisfied bonus funds will result in those bonus funds being forfeited.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, e2bdt may offer players bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, tournament prizes, or other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general rules apply:

• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement that must be satisfied before withdrawal eligibility is granted. The wagering requirement applicable to each specific bonus will be stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not satisfied within the time limit specified for that promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without refund.
• e2bdt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for individual recreational use only. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering designed to satisfy rollover requirements without genuine play intent — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• e2bdt reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from bonus funds if, in its reasonable judgement, the bonus was obtained or used in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Betting & Gaming Rules

The rules governing each individual game or betting market available on the e2bdt platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, virtual sports, and cricket betting — are set out within the relevant game interface or sportsbook section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

All bets placed on the e2bdt platform are final once confirmed. e2bdt will not reverse a confirmed bet except in the event of a manifest technical error. In the event of a technical fault or connectivity failure during a game session, e2bdt will use its best reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs, but cannot guarantee the restoration of any particular game state or outcome.

• The minimum bet amount per wager varies by game and will be displayed within each game interface before play begins.
• e2bdt reserves the right to set maximum win limits on individual games or bet types. These limits will be displayed within the relevant game or market.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, e2bdt's server records shall be the definitive and final reference for the purposes of resolving that dispute.
• All games using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology are independently certified for fairness. e2bdt does not control or influence RNG outcomes.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e2bdt platform and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence to interact with any part of the platform.
• Colluding with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such error must be reported to e2bdt support immediately; continued exploitation will be treated as fraud.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, or using the e2bdt platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts, including accounts in other people's names, for the purpose of circumventing deposit limits, withdrawal limits, bonus restrictions, or any other platform rule.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with e2bdt support.
• Engaging in any strategy of arbitrage betting or matched betting designed to exploit promotional terms or guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any e2bdt support agent or any other platform user in any communication channel.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the e2bdt platform — including but not limited to the e2bdt brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of e2bdt or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trade mark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for their personal, recreational use only. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of e2bdt.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, e2bdt shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

e2bdt's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any and all claims arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their e2bdt account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

e2bdt does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the platform at their own risk.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13. Responsible Gaming

e2bdt is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of its platform. Gambling at e2bdt is intended to be an enjoyable form of adult entertainment; it is not a reliable method of generating income, and it carries an inherent risk of financial loss. All players are encouraged to gamble responsibly and within their personal financial means.

e2bdt provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible at no charge through the account settings area:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that prevent spending beyond a self-set threshold.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts that notify players when they have been logged in and actively playing for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which no deposits or bets may be placed.

14. Suspension & Termination

e2bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory documentation during the KYC verification process.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, underage access, or any other illegal activity.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Identification of a duplicate account held by the same individual.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, e2bdt reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of its investigation. Any balance legitimately owed to a player following investigation will be returned to them via the payment method on record.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting e2bdt support. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after all applicable wagering requirements have been reviewed.

15. Privacy & Data

e2bdt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and e2bdt. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

e2bdt will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to any third party for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services where necessary for the operation of the platform, subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

16. Amendments to These Terms

e2bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material, e2bdt will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a notice posted prominently on the platform. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.

Continued use of the e2bdt platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting e2bdt support.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. e2bdt and the player agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance by contacting e2bdt support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, both parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed mediation process before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
